As a Room Monitor, Ms. Wethington assigned a wide variety of simulations to trainees, giving them the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a safe and controlled environment. Her invaluable contribution to other AOL projects resulted in a People Connection Team Leader position, membership in the Peer Review Team, participation in the Guide Mentoring Team, and from March 2001 until 2005, the role of Session Coordinator for the People Connection Team.
